Price: $250 Septic Inspection with a Home Inspection

The septic system is a much needed component of the building. Making sure that it is operating properly prior to purchase is often a good idea. The system is mostly underground, so I use special equipment and dye to evaluate the septic. For best results, the seller should be able to identify the tank and have the lid exposed for inspection.
