Services - inspect termites inspection

Price: $150

Price: $50 with a Home Inspection

Homes or buildings with leaky pipes, improper drainage, and poor air flow create moisture issues that attract termites and can cause extensive damage. Have your home inspected to see if there could be a hidden problem. Wood destroying organisms can have considerable expenses for future renovations, create soft floors/walls, or even fail major structural components. They are prevalent throughout Indiana.

When Should I get a Termite Inspection?
Before you buy a new home, especially if it is an older home, it is best to get an inspection to ensure that you don’t get into a home that already has a lot of damage.

Every 1-2 years or when you see signs of a problem. Discolored or drooping drywall, peeling paint that resembles water damage, crumbling and damaged wood, mud tubes climbing the foundation of your home are all signs of termites.

What can I expect during a termite inspection?
I will look at the interior and exterior areas of your home, checking for visible signs of a termite infestation, which include: droppings, broken wings, mud tubes, and damaged wood. I will check your baseboards, walls, windows, crawl spaces, door frames, insides of cabinets and closets.

Take a look at the Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report (NPMA-33 Form) to learn about how the inspection is conducted.
